What are the benefits of having you as a coach?

With over 6 years of teaching experience under my belt (in various fields), I have worked with clients of all walks of life and a wide age range (from 2 to 77!). I will help you achieve your goals through specific techniques and exercises utilised by master teachers worldwide. Each session will be different depending on your needs - I consider it my job to listen to and understand you. I aim to engage through lighthearted and playful teaching, helping you find what feels GOOD. 

Where exactly do we do the sessions?

In your living room ideally! I’m open to working in any room with enough space where we won’t be disturbed.

Do you travel anywhere?

I am based in Upper Moutere, so I will work with anyone within a 30 min drive. That extends to Motueka, Mapua, Richmond and Stoke. Extra travel is possible (depends on your location/preferred time of day)

Do I need to sign up per month?

Yes, I need a specific level of commitment from my clients. However, I offer a guarantee of money back if you do not start seeing results (based on our first goal setting session) after the first month. 

What are your qualifications?

I hold a 200hr Yoga Teacher Certification which I completed with Siddhi Yoga in November of 2018, in the Himalayas, India. 

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, you can pay per week if that suits you better. 

Do you cater to injuries?

Yes, I will do a full health check first and plan my lessons around your physical capabilities and limitations. 

Do you do group/family/couples sessions?

Yes. Enquire with me for specifics. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If for any reason you cannot make our scheduled session, I will always do my best to reschedule. I appreciate 24 hours notice to make this viable. If you do not use all of your sessions in one month, you may rollover up to 2 sessions to the next month. 

Do I need my own equipment?

You may use your own equipment, however it is not a requirement. I will bring a spare mat for you. 

Can we work outside?

Yes, weather permissive of course. 

I am a stay-at-home Mum with young children. Would this work for me?

Possibly. I’m happy to talk more. 

I have a very limited range of movement.

Would this work for me?

Yes. I can teach entire yoga sessions sitting in chairs, or lying on the floor.

What times of day do you teach?

I teach in the mornings and afternoons. Some evenings are possible as a one-off. 

I am very flexible (no pun intended) with what time works for you and your lifestyle.
